Make checks payable to Hospice of Kodiak. Checks can be mailed to P.O. Box 8682 or dropped off at the Hospice office, PKIMC (just down the hall from Kodiak Community Health Clinic).

Coming in 2016! All Alaskans who file on-line for their PFD will be able to donate to Hospice and Palliative Care of Kodiak, www.pfd.alaska.gov.

 

 

 

WHERE DOES YOUR $ GO?

Money donated pays general operating expenses, for our two-part time employees as well as Bereavement support and materials.  All money raised stays locally and goes toward meeting our mission!

 

Society of a Thousand:

Society of a Thousand Fundraiser campaign was launched in February 2014 with the late Robert Hatcher as the designated honoree. Society of a Thousand members are individuals and/or businesses that commit to being sustainable financial partners, donating at least $1,000 in a given year.

Consider becoming a Hospice of Kodiak Volunteer. Hospice of Kodiak is a non-profit community outreach program that relies solely on its volunteers.
